Required amount of investment for the development of the first stage is 275 million rubles, pay back period is 2,5 years. The development of the second step requires 465 million rubles, pay back period is 2 years.

Reconstruction of Plant of Reinforced Concrete Works (ZhBI-3) belonging to JSC Integrated Works 'Bratsk Reinforced Concrete’ can produce heat-resistant, acid-proof, alkali-durable concrete items, reinforced concrete, refractory bricks and heat insulation on the basis of liquid glass. There are no rivals for such production in the region. The use of liquid glass will allow refusing the application of expensive portland cement. Reconstruction is at starting-up and adjustment stage. All works are executed by JSC ‘Ecological Materials’.

Enlargement of production capacities of JSC ‘Bratsk Fish’. It is planned to build some workshops to produce canned river and sea fish, fish stuffing and fish flour. Required amount of investment equals to 1,500,000 rubles. Pay back period is 18 – 19 months.

Enlargement of the production capacities of JSC ‘Bratsk Plant of Joinery Works’. It is planned to develop the output of furniture made of solid wood. This production will be in great demand in comparison with furniture made of wood chipboards and other materials.

Reconstruction of electrode boilers production at JSC ‘Plant STEMI-2’. It is planned to produce up-to-date and saving hot water and steam boilers on cell basis.
